Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor Registration was sold out
One Booth $1,000 Member / $1,200 Non Member
The Exhibit Hall was centrally located for easy access during session breaks, breakfast, lunch and the welcome reception made it a prime space for networking as attendees gathered.
The exhibitor registration for one booth included the following:
- One 8' x 10' carpeted space
- Standard electric service
- One skirted table
- Two chairs
- Waste basket
- One Exhibit Hall Pass (included all Conference meals)*
- Final list of Conference attendees was provided post-conference
*Additional Exhibit Hall Passes could have been purchased for $200 each - a $350 value! A maximum of three Exhibit Hall Passes per exhibit booth were permitted.
Additional Exhibitor Notes:
- Conference session access was not included with Exhibit Hall Passes and needed to be purchased separately
- Booths were assigned by SESWA on a first-come, first-served basis
- Final Exhibit Hall Layout was completed in September

Exhibit Cancellation Policy:
Refunds (less a $250 processing fee) were issued for cancellations received in writing on or before September 11, 2026. Unfortunately, no refunds were granted for cancellations received after September 11, 2026, as SESWA had already incurred the cost of registration.
