Exhibitor Registration - $750 Member / $950 Non-Member (Reserve Your Booth Today) SOLD OUT!
The Exhibit Hall is centrally located for easy access during session breaks, breakfast, lunch and the welcome reception where attendees gather to network. The exhibitor registration includes an 8' x 8' carpeted space, standard electric, a skirted table, two chairs, waste basket and an Exhibit Hall Pass for one Exhibit Hall Representative (all Conference meals included). Additional Exhibit Hall Passes are $175 each - a $250 value! Please note that we are limiting each exhibitor to a maximum of two Exhibit Hall Representatives in response to health and safety concerns.

Please note that the Exhibit Hall Layout will not be finalized until September. Exhibitors will not be asked to identify booth preference on the registration form. SESWA will continue to monitor health and safety concerns and will publish the Exhibit Hall Layout and make booth assignments to registered exhibitors in September.
